What the finder does
Which AI assistant fits you? The finder.
Not everyone needs the same AI assistant. For one person a personal assistant is the biggest lever, for a team a company brain, for a recurring process a custom agent. This finder asks you a few questions and shows which of the three layers fits your case and why. It does not replace a conversation, but it gives you a clear direction before you have one.

Possible results
- Personal AI assistant
- Company brain
- Custom agent
The result is a starting point, not a verdict. The calculation runs in your browser, nothing is transmitted.
How the tool calculates
- The answers are weighted and mapped to a layer: personal assistant, company brain or custom agent.
- "Just me" in question 1 and "my daily routine" in question 2 clearly lead to the personal assistant.
- "Finding knowledge" plus "my team" or more, together with "fast answers with a source", gives the company brain.
- "A recurring task" plus "an automated process" gives the custom agent.
- Question 3 on data sensitivity does not change the layer but the data-protection recommendation: for "strictly confidential", data storage in Germany and an access concept are highlighted.
- For mixed answers, the strongest layer comes first and the combination is named as a sensible second step.
The three outcomes
The finder leads to one of three recommendations.
The personal AI assistant is for individuals and leaders who want to ease their own day, connected to mail, calendar and notes.
The company brain is for teams whose knowledge is scattered and who need answers with a source.
The custom agent is for a concrete, recurring process that eats time and should be automated.
Often the answer is a combination, and the finder shows that honestly too.
The questions
The finder asks five questions with clear answer options:
- Who are you looking for a solution for? (just me / my team / a whole department or company)
- What annoys you most? (my daily routine / finding knowledge / a recurring task)
- How sensitive is the data? (uncritical / internal / strictly confidential)
- How many people would use it? (1 / 2 to 20 / more than 20)
- What should come out in the end? (less routine / fast answers with a source / an automated process)

The recommendation logic
- The logic weights the answers and maps them to a layer.
- If someone answers question 1 with "just me" and question 2 with "my daily routine", that clearly leads to the personal assistant. "Finding knowledge" plus "my team" or more, together with "fast answers with a source", gives the company brain. "A recurring task" plus "an automated process" gives the custom agent.
- Question 3 on data sensitivity does not change the layer but the data-protection recommendation: for "strictly confidential", the finder highlights data storage in Germany and an access concept.
- For mixed answers, the finder shows the strongest layer first and names the combination as a sensible second step.
- Every result ends with a concrete first step and the note to refine it in a conversation.
How to use the result
- The result is a starting point, not a verdict.
- Bring it to the first call, then we skip the basics and go straight to your case.
- We test the recommendation against your reality, look at your data sources and show you a realistic first step.
- Sometimes the conversation confirms the finder, sometimes a better combination emerges.
- Either way, you come out with a clear direction.
