AI agents that take over your processes.

AI agents are more than a chat window. They take over recurring tasks end to end, connected to your systems, inside your processes. We build custom AI agents for the work that today runs manually and always the same, so your team focuses on what matters.

From chatbot to agent

A year ago it was about prompting in a chat window.

Today AI agents take over entire flows.

The difference is decisive: a chatbot answers, an agent acts.

It pulls data, makes decisions by your rules, writes into your systems and flags when a human needs to decide.

That automates real work, not just answering a question.

For companies this is the point where AI turns from a nice tool into a tangible lever, because recurring processes no longer cost people time.

What you
gain

Recurring work runs on its own, reliably and traceably.

Your team gains time for tasks that need judgment and relationships. Processes get faster and more even, because an agent does not tire and forgets nothing.

And because we test and support agents, you can trust them with sensitive flows too.

That lowers the error rate and makes results predictable, instead of depending on individuals' daily form.

Typical agents for business

  1. We build agents along your real processes.
  2. A proposal agent turns key points into a clean quote and files it in the CRM.
  3. A support agent answers recurring requests from your own docs and escalates when needed.
  4. A reporting agent pulls numbers from your systems and writes an update ready to send.
  5. A research agent monitors sources and flags what is relevant to you.
  6. An onboarding agent guides new hires through the first steps.
  7. Which agents have the biggest lever, we clarify based on your processes.

Custom AI agents vs. RPA and standard automation

Custom AI agents vs. RPA and standard automation

The honest difference is handling ambiguity. Classic automation works well as long as everything follows fixed rules and breaks as soon as an exception appears. AI agents understand language and context and can handle cases that do not fit the schema. They decide by your guidelines or hand off to a human. That makes them strong for processes with lots of text and exceptions. Where rigid rules suffice, simple automation is often enough, and we say so honestly.

Process in short

Meant as a timeline, from process to operation.

  1. Clarify the process We bound the flow and set control points. (Duration: 1 conversation. Output: clear scope)
  2. Review data and systems We check connections, rights and limits. (Duration: a few days. Output: integration picture)
  3. Build the agent We build the steps with approvals, not a black box. (Duration: 1 to 3 weeks. Output: controlled agent)
  4. Test on real cases We check normal and exception cases. (Duration: short. Output: tested agent)
  5. Hand over or support We hand over with monitoring or operate it with you. (Duration: ongoing. Output: operation with an owner)

Frequently asked questions.

What are AI agents?
AI agents are AI systems that take on tasks end to end instead of just answering. They pull data, decide by your rules, write into your systems and flag when a human needs to decide. That automates recurring work, connected to your processes and tools.
How do agents differ from RPA?
Classic RPA follows fixed rules and breaks on exceptions. AI agents understand language and context and can handle cases that do not fit the schema. They decide by your guidelines or hand off to a human. For processes with lots of text and exceptions, agents are far more robust.
Which processes fit first?
Best to start with processes that are frequent, clearly describable and currently manual, such as proposals, support answers, reporting or research. In the first call we look at where time is lost and value shows fast, and build the first agent there.
Does our data stay secure?
Yes. We build so your data can stay in Germany or the EU, with clearly governed access. Especially for agents that access CRM, mail and knowledge base, a clean rights concept matters. GDPR-aware setup is a fixed part of every build.
Do we keep control?
Yes. You define what an agent may decide itself and when it hands off to a human. Every step is traceable and you can step in at any time. So you get the time savings of automation without giving up control over important decisions.
