Have an AI agent built instead of tinkering yourself.

Having an AI agent built is the faster path than clicking through tutorials and still ending up with a half solution. We build your AI assistant fully, tailored to your tasks, connected to your systems and supported in operation. You get a working result, not a hobby project.

Why have it built instead of
DIY

There are plenty of guides on building an AI agent yourself.

In practice, DIY rarely fails at the first demo, but at everything after it. Connecting data is fiddly, rights need to be governed cleanly, the agent should run reliably and not just in a test. That is exactly where the work sits that no tutorial covers. When you have an AI agent built, we take on that depth: choosing the right approach, integrating mail, calendar, CRM or knowledge base, testing on real cases, and handing over so your team can work with it.

The second reason is time.

A team learning from scratch loses weeks in research loops and dead ends. We have built these paths before and know where standard approaches break. You skip the detour and get a result that holds in daily work sooner.

What you get

You get a fully built AI assistant or agent tailored to a clear use case.

That includes connecting your data sources, a clean access concept, tests on real examples and onboarding so your team starts right away.

On request we hand over so you can extend the agent yourself, or we support ongoing operation.

Everything is built so your data can stay in Germany.

Typical agents we build

  1. We build agents for the tasks that really eat time in daily work.
  2. An email reply assistant pulls context from the inbox and drafts answers in your tone.
  3. A research agent summarizes sources and delivers a solid basis for decisions.
  4. A proposal generator turns a few key points into a clean quote.
  5. A reporting autopilot pulls numbers and writes an update ready to send.
  6. Which agent brings you the most, we clarify in the first call based on your real processes.

The honest point is: you can build a lot yourself, and for an experiment that makes sense. But once an agent should take on real work, what counts is not the first demo, it is stable operation. A built agent is designed to hold, because integration, rights and tests are considered from the start. You decide whether we hand over or help run it.

Process in short

Meant as a timeline, from idea to handover.

  1. Clarify the use case We define what the assistant should do. (Duration: 1 conversation. Output: clear brief)
  2. Review data sources We check sources, rights and currency. (Duration: a few days. Output: knowledge and rights map)
  3. Build the assistant We set up the connection and citable answers. (Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Output: working assistant)
  4. Test on real cases We check typical and hard questions. (Duration: short. Output: quality picture)
  5. Hand over or support We hand over with docs or operate it with you. (Duration: ongoing. Output: operation)

Disclosure notice (Art. 50 EU AI Act)

Under Art. 50 of the EU AI Act, from 2 August 2026 people must be informed that they are interacting with an AI system, unless that is obvious. This has to be planned into the deployment from the start, for example as a notice at the beginning of the chat or call.

Frequently asked · 05

Frequently asked questions.

What does having an AI agent built mean?
It means we build the agent for you instead of you working through tutorials. We clarify the use case, choose the approach, connect data sources, test on real cases and hand over or support operation. You get a working result instead of a half prototype.
Is it worth it versus DIY?
For an experiment, DIY makes sense. Once the agent should take on real work, stable operation is what counts, and that often fails on data connection, rights and reliability. Having it built saves weeks and delivers a result you can trust with tasks sooner.
Which agents are most in demand?
Most common are email reply assistants, research agents, proposal generators and reporting autopilots. Which one brings you the most depends on your processes. In the first call we look at where time is lost and start there with a clear use case.
Can we extend the agent ourselves later?
Yes. On request we hand over so your team can maintain and extend the agent, including onboarding. If you prefer not to run anything yourself, we support ongoing operation. You decide how much you take on.
Does our data stay secure?
Yes. We build so your data can stay in Germany or the EU, with clearly governed access. Sensitive documents are protected and GDPR-aware setup is a fixed part of the build. That matters especially for agents that access your systems and inboxes.
